Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This policy explains what cookies are and which cookies Admetriva actually uses on admetriva.com and in the application.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits — for example the fact that you are signed in. Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or "persistent" cookies (kept for a defined period).
2. The cookies we use
Admetriva uses strictly necessary cookies only, required for the website and the application to work. We do not use analytics, marketing, profiling or advertising-network cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other tracking tools.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| admetriva-session | Admetriva (first-party) | Maintaining your session (navigation, authentication, session preferences) | Strictly necessary | Session (approx. 2 hours of inactivity) |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Admetriva (first-party) | Protection against Cross-Site Request Forgery when submitting forms | Strictly necessary (security) | Session |
| remember_web_* | Admetriva (first-party) | The "Remember me" sign-in option — keeps you signed in between visits | Strictly necessary (authentication) | Persistent, until sign-out (max. approx. 5 years, the Laravel default) |
All cookies above are set by Admetriva (first-party), are marked HttpOnly and/or Secure where applicable, and do not track your activity on other websites.
3. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the applicable law (Romanian Law 506/2004 and the ePrivacy Directive), because they are indispensable for providing the service you explicitly request (session continuity, form security, authentication). For this reason the website does not display a cookie consent banner: there are no optional cookies to accept or refuse.
If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, they will only be activated after your prior consent, and this policy will be updated beforehand.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
You can control and delete cookies from your browser settings: view existing cookies, delete them individually or entirely, and block them for specific sites. Instructions for the popular browsers are available in the help pages of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the application from working — without the session and CSRF cookies you cannot sign in or submit forms.
5. Updates to this policy
We will update this policy whenever the cookies actually used change. The current version and the date of the last update are displayed at the top of the page.
